Our vision is to recruit, train and equip volunteers to be able to minister to the needs of the incarcerated, recently released and their families. We will not only develop people but we want to ordain those called of God to the minister true freedom. We have a real burden to help people obtain the freedom that God has for them.

I am an ordained minister and I have been preaching in prisons for over fifteen years and I currently am preaching over a one hundred and eighty times a year in six different men’s prisons. The ministry was founded and based on the mission statement of Jesus Christ, which can be found in Isaiah, 61:1 and the announcement of Jesus’ Ministry in Luke 4:15-19 and Luke 4:21.

Isaiah 61:1 NAS "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted *, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners.

Luke 4:14-19 NAS 15. And He began teaching in their synagogues and was praised by all. 16. And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up; and as was His custom, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath, and stood up to read. 17. And the book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And He opened the book and found the place where it was written, 18. "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free * those who are oppressed, 19. To Proclaim the favorable year of the Lord.

Luke 4:21 NAS And He began to say to them, "Today this scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing."
